The burning wasteland has few precious resources. Those who have those must guard them zealously or they will very quickly find themselves without them. And on along old Interstate 5 in the blasted wastes of California the price of gas has become blood. Fuel trucks became rolling fortresses and the rattle rigs that take them down have likewise adapted, slowly over generations evolving into the insane machines of war they are today.

I have made a good handful of Post Apocalyptic battlemaps but almost all of them were variations on other maps I’d made that were not fully focused on the genre. So, Inspired by Fury Road, I wanted to make an encounter map that the battlemap itself was the crazy car combat vehicles. More zoomed in then other vehicle maps I make so the bulk of the fighting can take place on and between the cars as they move around crash and explode below the players and focus a little less on the combat between the cars themselves and more on the crazy acrobatics of those hanging on for dear life. The map also includes PNGs of the vehicles alongside blank backgrounds in case GMs want to make the encounter more of a vehicle fight- or the players surprise you and get behind the wheel!
