Ruined Elven Kingdom

$4.99

Ruined Elven Kingdom, Driven to madness by the poison smog of invention the elves transformed into monsters. Corrupted, they tore apart their Treetop Castles with their bare hands.

“What happened to this sacred elven grove is horrible. At least In war you fight your enemies. Here the elves went to battle with themselves.” - Ida Holly, On Felshire.

Long have the elven houses sustained themselves on the powers of the feywild. But with the rift between worlds now closed- The fires of invention have become as poison. And just like innovation changes the land, so too has it changed the elves. And in one night the great Kingdom roosted high in the canopy of the elder elms fell to ruin.

What few elves survived the chaos of the feral elves have become refugees, without a home. Never sure if the curse they befell their siblings and turned them to monsters will befall them as well.

This map plays with the fallen kingdom trope, But more a wood elven kingdom roosted high in the trees! And it includes many variations including two straight from a location in my Book Ida’s Guide to Worlds Beyond Our Own. Which is what is described in the flavor text above! Fallen Elves are also one of the Unique Playable variations of existing D&D races from the book with the same history!

Other Variations on this map include the Pre-ruined Kingdom, A Beautiful waterfall, shrine to a river god, an elven Bridge, as well as The tree’s canopy above the Throne room, a Roc’s nest and a big old Redwood Tree Stump!
